Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Tickets are not redeemable for cash and are valid only for the event and seat printed on the Ticket. Complimentary tickets are not refundable. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. Ticket grants admission to the ticket holder only. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS NOTED. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ORANGE TICKETS DOES NOT REFUND PROCESSING FEES.

REFUNDS
A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard) and our payment processor Stripe. These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees. Stripe does not return the processing fees.

We aim to make our pricing simple and transparent. To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing costumer service, Orange Tickets does not return processing fees when a payment is refunded.

Ticket holder agrees the ticket is for admission to event only, and that it does not grant or license the holder to engage or assist in the picture taking or recording of audio and/or video or any other reproduction of event.

The ticket holder is responsible to comply with all venue and government admission requirements such as age limit, dress code, vaccination proof, etc. Non-compliance with those requirements, and the resulting consequences of their application, including the removal of the ticket buyer from the event, are the sole responsibility of the ticket buyer. The ticket buyer is not entitled to any refund in the case admission is not granted by the event venue.

Resale of tickets is subject to the laws governing the resale of tickets of the state in which the performance occurs. The Ticket purchaser and ticket holder will remove The Invisible Orange Inc. of any and all liabilities resulting from the event.

Ticket holder consents to our use of their image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any live or recorded audio or photograph or other transmission or publication of event. The holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and all hazards arising from or related in any way to this event. Whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Spectators agrees that the venue and participants involved in the event, and each of their respective employees, affiliates, sponsors, contractors and other agents shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from such causes.

Management reserves the right to confiscate any ticket, refuse admission to, or eject any person(s), or to confiscate any ticket and/or any alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans and bags of any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. . Venue, Promotor, Artists, Management and their respective employees are not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at the event for which the ticket grants admission.
